On International Women's Day, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, the flagship company of the Malabar Group, a well-known diversified Indian commercial conglomerate, held a reception for the Indian Women's Club of Northshore, Illinois. According to a press release from the organisers, the event—which took place at their Devon Ave location—was intended as “a tribute to the power, tenacity, and relevance of women in society."

Malabar Gold & Diamonds, an Indian company founded in 1993, has expanded to rank sixth among all jewellery retailers worldwide. The company is renowned for its workmanship and dedication to quality, and it has 340 retail locations in 13 countries in addition to design centres and factories located in India, the Middle East, the Far East, Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

Delicious food and beverages were provided, and as a thank you, each woman in attendance received a rose.

The main attraction of the event was a raffle that gave guests a chance to win fascinating gifts. A carefully chosen gift bag was given to every woman after the celebrations.

In their addresses, Malabar Gold and Diamonds managers Dipen Lakha and Emil Thomas emphasised the critical role women play in society and the value of acknowledging and appreciating them. Attendees had the chance to peruse a beautiful assortment of jewellery and participate in a cake-cutting ritual.

Since its founding in 1993, Malabar Gold & Diamonds, the flagship firm of the Malabar Group, has been actively involved in social and environmental activities, with a particular focus on women's empowerment, education, health, housing, and a world free of hunger. Additionally, a portion of its earnings are given to the projects.

The Northshore Indian Women's Club expressed gratitude to the organisers for arranging the unique gathering.
