Gas Cylinder Explosion in Delhi’s Motiya Khan Kills One; Two Firefighters Injured
A gas cylinder explosion in Motiya Khan, Delhi, claimed one life and injured two firefighters during the rescue operation. The incident occurred around 3 PM on Sunday.
While firefighting efforts were underway, an LPG cylinder exploded, causing burn injuries to two fire department personnel. Both injured firefighters were rushed to the hospital for treatment.
Officials stated that immediate emergency measures were taken following the fire outbreak. Four firefighters were deployed to the site as soon as the incident was reported. Once the fire was brought under control, rescue workers discovered a completely charred body inside the house. The deceased has been identified as Ravindra Singh.
The police have launched an investigation into the incident.
