Harris Criticizes Trump, Asserts Experience Dealing with His Style in Presidential Race

Washington DC, August 2 :
In a jab at Trump, US Vice President Kamala Harris stated that she had dealt with "perpetrators of all kinds" in her time as attorney general, district attorney, and prosecutor in court, just one day after Trump questioned her racial identity. By claiming to know "Donald Trump's type" and having dealt with individuals like him, Harris attacked the former president and her opponent in the November presidential elections.
Many of you are aware that I served as an elected district attorney and attorney general before being elected vice president and senator. In the video, the vice president mentioned that he had previously worked as a prosecutor in a courtroom. As a result, I played villains of all stripes in those parts. Predators who assaulted women. Con artists who took advantage of unsuspecting customers. Cheaters who broke the rules for their own advantage. Listen up, folks: I've got a feel for Donald Trump's personality. A person like him is nothing new to me; I've dealt with them before," she noted.
The US presidential campaign reached a fever pitch on Wednesday when Trump made a scathing personal assault on Kamala Harris's racial background, asserting that she "turned black" a few years ago, despite having "Indian heritage" for years. She had always been of Indian descent, and all she was doing was championing her history. It wasn't until she turned black a few years ago that I learned she was Black; now she prefers to be identified that way. Am I to assume that she is Black or Indian? He said this, according to CNN.
"I respect either one, but she obviously doesn't, because she was Indian all the way, and then all of a sudden she made a turn and she went - she became a Black person," he pointed out. "I think somebody should look into that too," he pointed out. There is an Indian background to Kamala Harris. She was born to parents who emigrated to the US; her mom is Indian and dad is Jamaican. She made history as the first Asian American vice president and the first woman of color in that office. Harris would make history as the nation's first female president if she were to win the forthcoming elections.
In response to former President Obama's comments, California Senator Kamala Harris blasted President Trump for making derogatory comments about her race and claimed that Americans "deserve better." She said that two views are before the nation now and that Trump and his campaign want to lead the nation "backward."
"We will not be returning. Today was just another reminder of how those four years felt. It was business as usual, full of division and contempt, when Donald Trump addressed this afternoon at the National Association of Black Journalists' annual gathering. After all, the American people have a right to expect better," Harris stated during a Houston fundraiser.
