Trump to Meet Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu in Florida This Week

May 24 :
The meeting between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Former President Donald Trump is scheduled to take place on Friday morning at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, in Washington, DC, on July 24. In a Monday speech commemorating his trip to the US, Benjamin Netanyahu vowed that Israel will maintain its partnership with the US no matter who wins the presidency.
Bringing security and peace to the region once again, former president Trump recalled signing the historic Abraham Accords. "Excited to welcome Bibi Netanyahu at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida," Trump tweeted on Tuesday, confirming the meeting. Peace and stability prevailed in the region during my first term, and we even signed the historic Abraham Accords. Rest assured, it will happen again. As I have mentioned in recent meetings with President Zelensky and other world leaders, my peace program will show the world that these terrible wars and violent conflicts have to stop. "Kamala Harris is completely unable to halt the deaths of millions of people."
Monday morning, Netanyahu thanked President Joe Biden on X for his support of Israel throughout the battle. Before I left for the US, I expressed my gratitude to President Biden for all that he had done for Israel as president, vice president, and senator, as well as throughout the war. "I am eagerly anticipating my crucial meeting with the President," he said.
"I am leaving for the US at a time when Israel is fighting on seven fronts and when there is great political uncertainty in Washington," Netanyahu continued. In my role as prime minister of Israel, I shall be making my fourth appearance before Congress. I will do my best to solidify the essential bipartisan support for Israel. I will assure my colleagues on both sides of the aisle that Israel will continue to be America's indispensable and powerful ally in the Middle East, regardless of who the American people choose as president," Netanyahu continued.
"This will be an opportunity to thank him for the things he did for Israel in the war and during his long and distinguished career in public service as Senator, as Vice President, and as President," Netanyahu stated, continuing his praise of American President Joe Biden. This is a great chance to talk to him about the next several months and how to go forward. An important development is that US President Joe Biden has backed US Vice President Kamala Harris for president. A sufficient number of Democratic Party delegates must endorse Harris before she can succeed Biden as party nominee.
