US Defense Secretary Lauds Biden's Leadership and Statesmanship Following His Exit from Presidential Race

On Sunday, President Biden made public his intention to not run for re-election, stating that he was doing what was best for the country and the Democratic Party. Following a positive COVID-19 test at a campaign stop in Las Vegas, President Biden has been recovering at his residence in Delaware.
