Preparations for the Pentecostal Conference of Indo Canadians Nearing Completion

The preparations for the first-ever Canada Conference, organized under the leadership of Malayali Pentecostal churches, are in the final stages. The conference will be held on August 1, 2, and 3 at the Canada Christian College in Whitby. Renowned preachers will deliver the Word during the conference. Pastors Glen Badonsky (USA), Shaji M. Paul, and Reji Shasthamkotta, along with anointed leaders from Canada, will minister. Additionally, a 30-member choir selected from various churches across Canada will sing, accompanied by the blessed worship leader Pastor Lordson Antony.

This conference will be broadcast live on Harvest TV. Additionally, arrangements have been made to watch the meetings live on the Pentecostal Fellowship of India Canadians' Facebook page. Registration for the conference can be done at www.thepfic.ca. Special sessions will be organized under the program "Team Kids" for children aged 5 to 12 on Friday and Saturday from morning till evening.

The theme of this conference is "One in Christ." The specially prepared songbook for the conference includes a detailed account of the beginnings of the Malayali Pentecostal church in Canada. Various committees are working towards the success of the conference. The 16-member national committee includes Convener Pastor John Thomas from Toronto, General Secretary Pastor Finny Samuel from London, and General Treasurer Pastor Wilson Kadavil from Edmonton. Publicity Coordinators are Pastor Babu George from Kitchener and Pastor Blesson Cherian from Toronto. Prayer Coordinators are Pastor Abraham Thomas from Hamilton and Pastor Samuel Daniel from Calgary. Representatives from various provinces, a 40-member local committee, and various prayer groups are also involved in the preparations and activities.

This PCIC Conference marks a historic event for the Malayali Pentecostal churches in Canada, with over a hundred churches from ten provinces enthusiastically coming forward to participate. With prayers for this to be a time of great unity and revival, we warmly invite everyone to join us in Whitby.
