India-American investor and two others appointed to OneStar Foundation by Texas Governor

The following individuals have been named to the OneStar Foundation by Texas Governor Greg Abbott: Abidali "Abid" Neemuchwala, Michael Parker, and Robert G. "Bob" Wright, II. As of March 15, 2027, their tenure will have come to an end.
For the volunteer community in Texas, the OneStar Foundation is an indispensable resource for training, education, and emotional support. Strengthening the foundation of volunteerism and community service in the state is its primary objective.
The Little Elm-based tech executive and investor is known as Neemuchwala. He has a number of roles, including that of chairman of AXISCADES Inc. and co-founder and director of Dallas Venture Capital.
A member of the Dallas/Fort Worth chapter of the World Affairs Council, Neemuchwala also makes contributions in this capacity. The National Institute of Technology in Raipur, India, was where he received his bachelor's degree in electronics and communication. The Indian Institute of Technology Bombay in Mumbai is where he earned his master's degree in industrial management.
As the managing partner of Parker LL., Parker practices civil trial law out of his Weatherford office. Prior to his current position as major in the Texas State Guard, he was a member of the California State Guard. In his capacity as a member of the Federal Bar Association and other legal organisations, Parker is an active and respected member of the bar.
On top of that, he's on the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the US Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. Both the National Guard Association of Texas and the United States State Guard Association have appointed Parker to leadership positions, attesting to his dedication to public service. Founded and serving as principal attorney of Wright Law Office is Dallas-based Robert G. "Bob" Wright, II. Further, he is on faculty at UT Dallas, where he teaches courses on social entrepreneurship. Among Wright's credentials are a J.D. from Texas Tech University and an MBA and BA in history from Allegheny College.
