Indian-American Vinod Khosla Criticizes Former President, Questioning: Would You Want Your Kids to Emulate Trump?

May 13 :
Billionaire Vinod Khosla, who is of Indian American descent, publicly supported President Joe Biden on May 11 and asked Trump's followers an interesting question in his statement. His query was if they would hope their children will follow in the footsteps of the Republican candidate for president.
"Would his followers like it if their children were to grow up to be like @realDonaldTrump and embrace #Trumpvalues?" Would you prefer your children to take after him? "Democrats, Republicans, and the victims of #DONkeyRumpTrump hijacking are more important than any ideological differences between Republicans and Democrats," Khosla wrote on X.
The co-founder of Sun Microsystems, Khosla, expressed his thoughts not long after May 10th, when he hosted a fundraiser at his Silicon Valley home for President Joe Biden. The event brought about $1.5 million for Biden's campaign, with ticket prices ranging from $6,600 to $100,000.
President Biden was in attendance at the event, which was the first fundraiser sponsored by an Indian-American during the 2024 election season.
"After boasting about his role in overturning Roe v. Wade, Trump is now afraid that voters will remember this and hold him responsible for the cruelty and chaos he has caused," Biden stated in his 16-minute speech. "Listen up, Donald Trump: The American people are going to make sure he pays the price."
President Biden made multiple jokes about former President Trump during the fundraiser.
"Check out the cover of this week's TIME Magazine—the lengthy interview with Trump," Biden remarked, alluding to Trump's previous statements against abortion. He advocated for stricter prosecution of abortion ban violators and for governmental monitoring of pregnant women. Track the pregnancies of women? However, you must realise that Trump is no stranger to disorder. All hell broke loose during his presidency. Trump is attempting to dispel the nation's memory of how bleak and disturbing things were when he departed from office. However, we will not overlook this.
Vinod and Neeru, thank you for having me here today," Biden told Khosla and his wife. Your entire family, including I, are deeply grateful for that introduction.I came to meet your pets, so I wanted to say thank you for inviting us to your lovely home. You can know this from the press: there are occasions when I prefer dogs over people.
