Amy Poehler to star in untitled basketball comedy
Los Angeles, July 23 : Actress Amy Poehler will star in and produce an untitled basketball comedy for Universal Studios through her Paper Kite Productions.
Poehler will play a once-promising basketball coach who is asked to lead a National Basketball Association team, variety.com.
Ike Barinholtz, who will also appear in the film, will co-write the script with David Stassen.
The “Inside Out†actress will next be seen in “Sisters†alongside Tina Fey and Barinholtz. She is also shooting for the comedy film “The Houseâ€.
