Alia and Sushant in Homi Adajania's reincarnation drama?

A couple of months ago, the gossip mills were abuzz that Finding Fanny director Homi Adajania wants to rope in Alia Bhatt and Sushant Singh Rajput for his next, a love story spanning two decades.

The rumours may just turn out to be true.

Producer Dinesh Vijan spilled the beans on the project to Pinkvilla.

He said, "Homi Adajania and I are co-directing the film. It's a love story that has got an angle of re-incarnation to it. It's also to do with the fact that we as a generation doubt everything. We doubt love and it if has happened to us. It's a love story and reincarnation film that doesnt feel like a reincarnation story. I have had the story with me for a year and a half. Homi loved it and we hope to have a lot of fun while making it together."

The film is reportedly titled Raabta. Known for his quirky twists and tales, this one by Homi Adajania is surely going to be a story to watch out for.

Meanwhile, Sushant has his date-diary full with Detective Byomkesh Bakshy, M.S. Dhoni biopic followed by Shekhar Kapur's Paani and Alia is busy with Shaandaar. She will soon start working on Utda Punjab. So it remains to be seen how the duo squeeze out their dates for Raabta.
