U.S. strikes three nuclear sites in Iran; Abbas Araghchi warns of strong retaliation

The U.S. military has confirmed strikes on three of Iran’s nuclear sites—Fordo, Isfahan, and Natanz. U.S. President Donald Trump described the operation as “highly successful.”
Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization acknowledged the attacks and declared that it will not halt its nuclear program. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi warned that the U.S. action violates international law and will lead to “everlasting consequences.”
The strikes come amid escalating tensions in the ongoing Israel-Iran conflict. Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian also threatened a strong response, further intensifying the volatile situation in the Middle East.
