Among the first-ever AI trailblazers in Dallas, Indian Americans predominate.

There has been a recent upsurge in innovative Artificial Intelligence (AI) developments in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area, and Indian Americans are leading the charge. In a joint effort between Dallas Innovates, the Dallas Regional Chamber (DRC), and Dallas AI, they ruled the first AI 75 list.

These innovators are reshaping AI in the region, with revolutionary effects in areas such as airline bookings, cancer research, and cybersecurity. Acknowledged by AI Along with Naveena Allampalli, Sumit Anand, Chithrai Mani, Shri Prakash Singh, and Subhashini Tripuraneni, this list includes several other visionaries, including Naveena Allampalli of CBRE, Sumit Anand of At Home, Chithrai Mani of Digit7, and Subhashini Tripuraneni of JPMorgan Chase.

Deepak Seth, a product director at Charles Schwab and creator/founder of DEEPakAI: AI Demystified, is one of the AI Champions for his work in connecting financial services with AI technology.

Academically, the University of Texas at Arlington's Gautam Das was named to the position of outstanding university chair professor and associate dean for research. The digital project manager of LERMA/Agency, Pranav Kumar, has been named an AI Impact Innovator.

Sanjay Basu, senior director of cloud engineering at Oracle Inc., and Ram Ramisetti, analyst of emerging technology and innovation at McCarthy Building Companies, are both included on the AI 75 list.
