Bineesh Kodiyeri in ED custody

Bangaluru October 29 :Binish Kodiyeri ,Son of Kodiyeri Balakrishnan ,secretary of CPIM Kerala state unit was taken into custody by enforcement department after questioning him for six hours .He was taken into custody based on the confessions of Anup Muhamame who was arrested by the Narcotc control bureu earlier .Anish Muhmaed had conducted night parties where it is alleged that narcotic item served  freely .His confession that Binessh Kodiyeri had helped him with cash had drawn Bineesh too into the controversy

Binish Kodiyeri concurred with Aesh Muhaameds confession that he had given ruppes sox lakhs to anup muhamed.But it seems Anish kuhammed had received more amount of money routed through Binish Kodiyeri or his contacts .

The development comes just after the arrest of M shivashankaran the former principal secretary of inarayi vijayan in the gold smuggling case.Though  there is no direct evidence linking them to the casesa revelation in the questioning may adversely impact the party and the government .For the opposition it is a big catch during the election year .
