Pro-Khalistan group SFJ Offers Rs. 2000 to every COVID-19 patient in Punjab

US Based pro-Khalistan group "Sikhs For Justice" (SFJ) announced to give cash grants to the low income families living in Punjab who have been tested positive with the Corona Virus.

In a statement issued from its Shaheed Sant Bhindranwale Referendum 2020 Headquarters in National Press Building, Washington DC, SFJ announced to give Rupees 2000 (two thousand) to any family in Punjab whose member has been diagnosed with COVID-19.

While Capt. Government is providing food packets to only Punjab Police who are enforcing curfew, Sikh advocacy group is offering cash grants on purely humanitarian basis to all the affected families to help them with food and medicine needs

Following the Sikh religion's teaching of "Sarbat Da Bhala" (Blessings for All) attorney Gurpatwant Singh Pannun legal advisor to SFJ stated that "All the low income people in Punjab who are diagnosed with COVID-19 and are unable to provide for their families are eligible to receive cash grants irrespective of their religion and political opinion".
