324 COVID-19 cases in India
New Delhi, March 22 The total number of positive coronavirus cases in India has reached 324 on Sunday, the Union Health Ministry said.
Of these, 41 were foreigners, the Health Ministry said in the 10 a.m. update.
"A total of 24 patients have been cured and discharged. Four deaths were reported across the country," the Health Ministry said.
Among the 22 states and union territories where the cases were found, Maharashtra has the highest patient count followed by Kerala.
As of 10.45 p.m. on Saturday, there were 315 cases, out of which 22 were discharged and cured of the virus across India, the Union Health Ministry said.
