Netizens heap praise on Team India for last-ball win

New Delhi, Jan 29 Twitterati heaped praises on the "Men in Blue" after the spectacular win in the third T20 against New Zealand. With the thrilling Super Over victory, India claimed their maiden T20 series win in New Zealand.

Earlier, India posted a competitive 179 for five at Seddon Park after being sent into bat.

In response New Zealand finish at 179 for six and tied the match. In the Super Over India chased down New Zealand's score of 17 with Rohit smashing Tim Southee for two consecutive sixes.

After their thumping win against New Zealand in the third T20, former cricketers as well as Tweeple showered love on Team India.

Former Indian Cricketer VVS Laxman wrote: "What an incredible win. Mohammad Shami exceptional to defend 2 of the last 4 balls in the main game and #RohitSharma showing once again why he is one of the most dangerous batsmen in the world.

Commentator Harsha Bhogle, too, praised the cricketer for his finishing knock and Wrote, "Oh, the Hitman! What a game!"
