Indian American student found dead in a lake in Indiana

Annrose Jerry, 21, senior student at the University of Notre Dame in Indiana was found dead in St. Mary’s Lake near the campus on January 24. She was a science-business major. 
‘The body is that of 21-year-old senior Annrose Jerry, who was reported missing three days ago. There is no sign of foul play,’ the university said. The cause of death is not clear.
She was a flute player on campus and a national merit scholarship finalist in high school, media reported.
Her family comes from Ernakulam in Kerala.
Earlier silver alert said the college student was believed to be in ‘extreme danger.’
Rev. John I. Jenkins, C.S.C., president of the University of Notre Dame, offered his condolences and prayers to the family of Annrose Jerry. ‘We’re deeply saddened by the passing of Annrose. We will keep her and her family and friends in our prayers,’ he said.
The university said she had been missing since the evening of Tuesday, Jan. 21, and Notre Dame police scoured the campus and pursued multiple leads in an effort to find her. Public safety personnel discovered her body at about 11:15 a.m. Friday.
The body revealed no apparent signs of trauma, according to reports
She was last seen at Coleman-Morse Hall on campus at 8:45 Tuesday evening.
On Facebook, Jerry said she went to Blaine High School and was from Blaine Minnesota.
