Indian Americans belonging from various religious backgrounds including moderate Hindus will hold the largest protest rally outside the NRG stadium against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Sunday, the Muslim Peace Coalition, said in a press release.

‘Braving flash floods brought on by tropical storm Imalda, people have been driving all across the Southern US to Houston to rally against the Hindu Supremacist movement, the RSS, which drives its inspiration from Mussolini and Hitler and which is undermining the secular democracy of India. People from other nationalities will also be holding separate protest rallies,’ the release said.

‘Modi was the first ever politician to be banned under the US law from entering the US until he became the Prime Minister of India. His government is involved in massacres, mob lynchings and gang rapes of Muslims, Christians, Dalits and moderate Hindus. His latest atrocity is torturing Kashmiris on a massive scale after imposing a complete media and information black out that has been going on for 2 months.

‘Already many members of Congress have condemned Modi's actions in Kashmir and have withdrawn from his rally in Houston,’ it said.
