US Congress passes bill to avert government shutdown
Washington, Feb 15 The US House of Representatives has passed a legislation on spending and border security to avert another government shutdown, hours after the bill was approved by the Senate.
The legislation was passed on Thursday night, Xinhua news agency reported.
US President Donald Trump has made it clear that he will declare a national emergency to get the funding for the border wall with Mexico.
